Partner of Jugaste, Liiva and Seimann starts work as head of marketing at Nordea

Since 19.10.2009, member of board and partner of JLS Kristina Seimann has taken up the position of head of marketing and communications at Nordea Pank Eesti.
Kristina Seimann was the managing director of JLS in its start-up phase from 2005 to 2008 and subsequently a member of board and partner, giving marketing and corporate communication advice to several public and private sector companies, including Nordea. Kristina has previously worked as head of communication in such leading companies as Saku Õlletehase AS, AS Kalev and Tallinna Piimatööstuse AS.
Due to her new position of head of marketing at communications at Nordea, Kristina will step down from the position of member of board at JLS, retaining her position as a shareholder alongside Aimar Jugaste and Kristi Liiva, who is also a member of board.
Communication bureau Jugaste, Liiva and Seimann's revenue in 2008 was approximately 10 million EEK, having increased continously during its four years of operations.
„During our four years of operation, when taking into account our client portfolio volume, number of employees and financial results, we have positioned ourselves as one of the top PR bureaus in Estonia, while being still one of the youngest," said member of board and partner of JLS Kristi Liiva, adding that the moving of one partner into a long-term client's organization creates new development perspectives both in a personal perspective and for the bureau.
During two years, the three shareholders have assembler a team of twelve members. JLS consults over 50 different clients and projects in both Estonia and other European countries, with a main focus on strategic communication management. JLS's portfolio is made up of such companies as Saku Brewery, Rakvere Lihakombinaat, Nordea Pank, Telekom Group (EMT, Elion and MicroLink), Eesti Energia, Nissan Nordic Europe, British American Tobacco, Microsoft, Marsh, Premia Foods, Eesti Suusaliit etc.
Communication bureau Jugaste, Liiva and Seimann was founded by equal shareholders Aimar Jugaste, Kristi Liiva and Kristina Seimann in the summer of 2005. All three shareholders have worked at public relations positions in different organizations for over ten years. All three also have experience from managing the communication of pan-Baltic projects.
