JLS nominated for international PR award

An informational campaign conducted for the Estonian E-Health Foundation regarding its Digital Registration project by communications bureau Jugaste, Liiva and Seimann (JLS) has been nominated for an ward at the reputable European Excellence Awards, an event honouring the most outstanding achievements of communications professionals in Europe.

The purpose of the campaign was to inform the public about Digital Registration and introduce target groups to opportunities regarding the project. JLS's help was used to involve and create awareness amongst patients and doctors, which was crucial to the success of the project. Amongst other tasks, articles were published in fifteen local newspapers and conferences conducted for doctors in five Estonian cities. OÜ Medisoft, which created the technolocigal solution for Digital Registration, was also involved in the campaign. European Excellence Awards has chosen the project as a nominee in the Best Regional Campaign category. Digital Registration is one of the most advanced medical infotechnological solutions in Europe.

JLS's partner Kristina Seimann says that Digital Registration is an exciting project, which is part of widespread infotechnological innovation in Estonia. "Regarding communication, the project was made exciting by the large number of target groups and stakeholders, whose involvement helped Digital Registration come to life," said Seimann.

Communications bureau Jugaste, Liiva and Seimann was founded in 2005 by equal partners Aimar Jugaste, Kristi Liiva and Kristina Seimann, who up to that point had worked in leading public relations jobs in Estonia for over ten years each. JLS gives strategic, corporative and marketing communications advice to the public, private and third sector. Currently JLS has over fifty clients and projects in Estonia and other European countries, with the main focus on strategic communications management. JLS's clients include Eesti Energia, Saku Õlletehas, EMT, Nissan Nordic Europe and the Estonian Ski Association.

In addition to Jugaste, Liiva and Seimann, two other companies are competing in the Best Campaign category in the Baltics - Corpore from Estonia and Consensus PR from Latvia.
