02.10.2009
Since 01.10.2009, Gerrit Mäesalu has started work as a consultant in JLS. Gerrit has previously worked for three years in the Prosecutor's Office of Estonia, the last two of those as the head of public relations. Previously Gerrit has also worked in the Ministry of Environment of Estonia.
Gerrit graduated with a bacholer's degree in journalism and public relations from the University of Tartu in 2006 and is continuing his master's degree studies in the Tallinn Technological University in the field of international relations. "After experiencing work in the public sector, I decided to move over to the private sector and chose a communication bureau, whose primary focus is on the strategic consulting of its clients. JLS has an impressive client portfolio and will give me an excellent opportunity to improve my skills," said Gerrit Mäesalu." Communications bureau Jugaste, Liiva and Seimann was founded in 2005 by equal partners Aimar Jugaste, Kristi Liiva and Kristina Seimann, who up to that point had worked in leading public relations jobs in Estonia for over ten years each. JLS gives strategic, corporative and marketing communications advice to the public, private and third sector. Currently JLS has over fifty clients and projects in Estonia and other European countries, with the main focus on strategic communications management.
